eMaintenance, from Urgent Technology, is a web based system delivering real time visibility and accountability of all maintenance activities throughout the business. Authorised users have access to all required documentation and job information from any web enabled device. Contractors on site and job status information are instantly available and can be updated by all stakeholders.
Multiple portals allow for site, management and contractors to have access and visibility of all job information as well as any important safety or site specific alerts to facilitate fast job resolution.

Using business rules, jobs are allocated by eMaintenance directly to contractors, removing the delay and cost of call centres. Customer feedback indicates savings of greater than 60% can be achieved as well as contractors arriving on site more quickly using this assignment methodology.
Repetitive tasks including preventive maintenance and compliance activities can be automatically scheduled and job tickets issued.
